Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refund Policy


You may refund or exchange items purchased from Glamp And Garden /, if the conditions below are met.
Gift with purchase items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items may be returned within 14 days unless otherwise advertised. All other items may be returned within 30 days. Returns are accepted only if the customer received the item(s) in damaged or defective condition. Exchanges: The customer pays for return shipping in order to process any exchange.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any item for refund or exchange. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal products.

We require a receipt in order to return or exchange your purchase.

Please contact us at info@ and note "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line (as applicable) to request instructions on where to send your purchase for return or exchange. We may request that you send the item to us or to the manufacturer. This decision is at our full discretion.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include, but are not limited to one or more of the following:
Books with obvious signs of use,
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and/or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or item purchased on sale that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and note "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject field.

We only replace items if they have been received by the customer in damaged or defective condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with "EXCHANGE" noted in the subject field, and we will respond with instructions including where to send the item for exchange.

If the item you are returning was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return provided that all conditions are met. Once the returned item is received and gift credit for it is approved, a gift certificate/gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs if you return one or more items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
